Contact Change

  • Login to your account

  • Go to your list of registered domains

  • Click on the domain you want to modify

  • Scroll down to the bottom to Contact Information

  • Next to each contact type is a drop down menu that will show your list of existing contacts

  • Choose the preferred contact and proceed to next step

  • Update domain information

  • You can create a new contact in the Contact Management section prior to making the change if required

Change of Registrant

  • Login to your account

  • Go to your list of registered domains

  • Click on the domain you want to modify

  • Scroll down to the bottom to Contact Information

  • Below Registrant Contact is (change registrant), click this to go to the next step

  • You can choose from your existing list of contacts or you can create a new contact.

  • Click 'Next Step'
